Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your Emma Bridgewater pottery, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Complete the Returns Form

Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying the reason for return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

Pack Your Items Securely

Carefully wrap your items—ideally in their original boxes—to prevent breakage during transit, as we cannot refund items that arrive damaged.

Affix the Shipping Label

Attach the provided pre-paid Royal Mail tracked return label to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any old delivery labels are fully covered.

Drop Off and Track

Take your parcel to any local Post Office and obtain a proof of postage receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 working days of us receiving the goods.
