Where are your pottery products made?
The majority of our pottery is handcrafted and hand-painted at our factory in Stoke-on-Trent, the traditional home of British pottery.
Is your pottery dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, our earthenware is dishwasher safe. We recommend using a low-temperature cycle and liquid detergent. We do not recommend use in the microwave as the ceramics can get very hot.
What are your UK delivery options?
We offer Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) and Next Day Delivery for orders placed before 12pm. Free standard delivery is available on orders over a certain threshold.
How do I return an item that is damaged or unwanted?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. If an item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team with a photo of the fault to arrange a replacement.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Yes, once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch email containing a tracking link from our courier partner.
What is 'Seconds' pottery?
Seconds are items with slight cosmetic imperfections that do not meet our 'Best' quality standards. They are fully functional but offered at a discounted price.
